Ved at arbejde sammen bidrager Fastighets\u00e4garna City til attraktive og trygge byrum, hvor folk har lyst til at v\u00e6re og etablere sig. <\/p>

Ejendomsejere uden for bymidten er ogs\u00e5 medlemmer og bidrager til udviklingen af bymidten. Der ligger en stor styrke i at have et f\u00e6lles syn p\u00e5 stedsidentiteter, etableringssp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og tilg\u00e6ngelighed. <\/p>

Fastighets\u00e4garna City finansierer ogs\u00e5 sammen med Helsingborgs stad en etableringschef, som har til opgave at f\u00e5 flere nyetablerede virksomheder til Helsingborg og medlemmernes ejendomme.
