I 2010 dannede Helsingborgs Cityf\u00f6rening, Fastighets\u00e4garna i city og Helsingborgs stad selskabet Helsingborg Citysamverkan AB (HBG City). Form\u00e5let med at danne et f\u00e6lles selskab er at g\u00f8re det muligt for parterne at arbejde sammen om at styrke bymidtens tiltr\u00e6kningskraft. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Strategien for fremtidens bymidte blev udviklet gennem workshops, unders\u00f8gelser og dybdeg\u00e5ende interviews, der involverede n\u00e6sten 250 mennesker. I 2023 blev bestyrelsens arbejde uddybet, og strategien blev forfinet. I efter\u00e5ret blev den godkendt af ejergrupperne og politikerne. I 2021 blev vi QM-certificeret af Svenska Stadsk\u00e4rnor og fik et kvalitetsm\u00e6rke for vores arbejde. QUALITY MARK er et v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til en standardiseret m\u00e6rkning af samarbejdsorganisationer i byer, bycentre og bymidter. Det er baseret p\u00e5 en europ\u00e6isk certificering, der er udviklet i f\u00e6llesskab af flere lande i et samarbejde kaldet TOCEMA Europe (Town Centre Management Europe). Svenska Stadsk\u00e4rnor har v\u00e6ret involveret i dette arbejde og har udviklet en version til svenske forhold, som tilbydes medlemmer af Svenska Stadsk\u00e4rnor. At have et certifikat viser, at man arbejder langsigtet, strategisk, har klare m\u00e5l og f\u00f8lger op p\u00e5 resultaterne, hvilket f\u00f8rer til stabilitet i samarbejdet, som skaber foruds\u00e6tningerne for nye investeringer i byen.
