Yammi, a modern Japanese restaurant concept, will open its third unit in Skåne in SöDER Gallerian in the spring. Yammi offers authentic flavors and a unique dining experience with its signature dishes ramen, japas and Japanese barbecue (Yakiniku). Yakiniku means ‘grilled meat’ in Japanese and is a style of cooking where guests themselves grill high-quality ingredients directly at the table on a small gas or charcoal grill. The concept, which is still relatively new in Sweden, creates an interactive, social and tasty experience. Yammi was the first in Skåne to offer Yakiniku and is looking forward to letting guests at Söder experience the pleasure of grilling premium meat like Japanese Wagyu A5 themselves.
