The new concept HYGGE Restaurant & Bar opens in February at Sundstorget 5. The menu will consist of smørrebrød along with a selection from the hot Danish cuisine and of course the classic rød pølse. For those who want “a beer and a small one too”, smørrebrød includes a wide range of spiced spirits. HYGGE will also be the only restaurant in Helsingborg to serve Wiibroe Pilsner. The restaurant will also focus on lunch of the day, take away and catering to larger groups, as smørrebrød is just as suitable for mingling as an evening at home. Behind the concept is Mats Löhnn with 45 years of experience in the industry in Helsingborg, Höganäs, Båstad, Sälen and Denmark, who together with his son Joakim Hägg opens HYGGE Restaurant & Bar.
