Dinner with friends means that the conference dinner is not at the conference facility, but is distributed to several restaurants in Helsingborg city center. In this way, conference guests get to experience more of Helsingborg than just the conference center. Guests are booked into a number of different restaurants, depending on how many they are, and only on the same day do they find out which restaurant they will visit and who they will have as table neighbors.

Practical information
- HBG City books tables at a number of selected restaurants (approx. 10-15 people per table).
- Each restaurant will put together a three-course menu worth around SEK 600 excluding drinks.
- The conference organizer offers guests the opportunity to book a three-course dinner without knowing in advance which restaurant they are going to and who their table neighbours are. Guests book through the organizer and pay in advance, indicating any allergies and special diets.
