In 2010, Helsingborgs Cityf\u00f6rening, Fastighets\u00e4garna i city and Helsingborgs stad formed the company Helsingborg Citysamverkan AB (HBG City). The purpose of forming a joint company is to enable the parties to work together to strengthen the attractiveness of the city center. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The strategy for the city center of the future was developed through workshops, surveys and in-depth interviews involving nearly 250 people. In 2023, the work of the Board was deepened and the strategy was refined. In the autumn, it was anchored with the owner groups and politicians. HBG City exists to increase the attractiveness of the city center by creating collaboration conditions for the owner groups, those who work in the city or have an interest in contributing to a more vibrant city.<\/p>

In 2021, we were QM-certified by Svenska Stadsk\u00e4rnor and received a quality mark for our work. QUALITY MARK is a tool for a standardized label for collaborative organizations in the city. It is based on a European certification developed jointly by several countries in a collaboration called TOCEMA Europe (Town Center Management Europe). Svenska Stadsk\u00e4rnor was involved in this work and has developed a version for Swedish conditions that is offered to members of Svenska Stadsk\u00e4rnor. Holding a certificate shows that you work long-term, strategically, have clear goals and follow up the results, which leads to stability in the collaboration that creates the conditions for new investments in the city. In 2024, we were recertified. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
