I have a background in sports, where I have both trained myself and been an instructor in group training.  Over the years, I have encountered injuries and pain problems related to both training and workload.  <\/p>\n<p>At the same time, I suffered from severe headaches for many years. I sought help from doctors and went on several alternative treatments without results. This increased my interest in finding out why so many of us suffer from both pain and stiffness.
