Fastighetsägarna City

Fastighetsägarna City is a network for property owners with commercial properties in Helsingborg city. Together with Cityföreningen and Helsingborgs stad, they own the company HBG City. By working together, Fastighetsägarna City contributes to attractive and safe urban spaces where people want to be and establish themselves.

Property owners outside the city center are also members, and contribute to the development of the city center. There is great strength in having a common view of place identities, establishment issues and accessibility.

Fastighetsägarna City is also funding, together with Helsingborgs stad, an establishment manager who is tasked with bringing more newly established businesses to Helsingborg and the members’ properties. This is a unique opportunity that contributes to streamlining and expanding the range of members’ rental premises.
