When you have received a City Gift Card
Before you can start using your gift card, you need to activate it.
Activation is done by downloading the Peyo (formerly Cityplay) app or by clicking on the link to the gift card you have received. As soon as you have activated your code, you can start shopping with the gift card. You can shop for any amount and your balance will be updated after each purchase. This is how it works:
1. Download the Peyo app.
2. Scan the QR code and activate in the Peyo app.
3. View affiliated businesses and pay with the gift card at checkout.

You can buy digital City Gift Cards with the amounts SEK 100, SEK 200, SEK 300, SEK 400, SEK 500, SEK 750 and SEK 1000.
Validity period 1 year.
You will receive a receipt valid for the business where you paid with the card. You will not get a refund.
No, City Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
