What is a City Gift Card?
A City Gift Card is a digital gift card that you can use at over 200 businesses in Helsingborg city.
How to use your City Gift Card
Before you can start using your gift card, you need to activate it.
Activation is done by downloading the Peyo app or clicking on the link to the gift card you have received. As soon as you have activated your code, you can start shopping with the gift card. You can shop for any amount and your balance will be updated after each purchase.
This is how it works:
1. download the Peyo app.
2. Scan the QR code or enter your voucher code. Register your account for free. You will find the gift card in your Peyo wallet.
3. Pay with the gift card at the business by pressing the pay button. You can find affiliated businesses here or in the app under Pay -> Select recipient.

Over 200 businesses accept our City Gift Card and the number of affiliated businesses is growing all the time. You can use the gift card at shops, cafés, restaurants, hotels, salons and other businesses. The City Gift Card cannot be used to buy tobacco or gambling services.

Your City Gift Card that you received as a Christmas gift from Helsingborgs stad is valid until December 31, 2026. You can also see the validity period in the Peyo app.

No, City Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
