New investment in office establishments in 2025
In 2025 we are testing together with Helsingborgs stad and Fastighetsägarna City a new collaboration on office developments. The aim is to approach potential office operators and help fill vacant office space in central locations.
An important part of creating a vibrant city center is to create flows. Helsingborg attracts many visitors who want to experience events, visit shops and restaurants, or perhaps just stroll and socialize in our beautiful city center, but the basic flows consist of a mix of those who live and work in the city center. That’s why it’s important to constantly work for a good mix of housing and offices, and to maintain and continue to develop Helsingborg’s mix, we’re now making a targeted effort together to get the right companies to establish their offices in the city center.
The purpose of the new initiative on office establishments is to approach potential office operators and help fill vacant office space in central locations. We also want to test new forms of cooperation between the property owners in the City regarding office space.
