Helsingborg Drumcorps is an American-style marching youth orchestra consisting of drums, brass instruments and drill. A marimba band is also attached to the orchestra. Helsingborg Drumcorps is often seen on the streets and squares of Helsingborg and plays in connection with festivals, inaugurations, city parties and corporate events and more. During the year, they will embellish our city center with lovely music on several occasions!
Upcoming dates
June 27 – Drum Corps and the Marimba Band; the marchbegins at 1:00 p.m. at Sankt Jörgens Plats and concludes with a concert at Mäster Palms plats together with the Marimba Band.
July 30 – Drum Corps kicks off the Eskils Cup; opening parade at 6:00 p.m. through town, Stadsparken – Kullagatan – Slottshagen
August 8 – The drum corps and marimba band are performing in the Pride Parade. From Around 2:30 p.m. at the Hamnpaviljongen. The march heads south and ends at Pridepark (Södergatan 1) around 3:00 p.m. The marimba band will then perform on stage from approximately 3:15 to 3:45p.m.
August 12 – Drumcorps will perform at the World Choir Games and the Unsdagar event. From 4:30 to 5:00 p.m., the parade will leave Sundstorget and march past Sea U down to Gröningen. Performance from approximately 6:10 to 6:30 p.m. at Unsdagar by the Terrasstrapporna.
August 15 – Drum Corps and the Marimba Band; the march begins at 2:00 p.m. at Mäster Palms plats and concludes with a concert at Stortorget together with the Marimba Band.
September 19 – Drum Corps and the Marimba Band; the march begins at 2:00 p.m. at Mäster Palms plats and concludes with a concert at Stortorget together with the Marimba Band.
November 29 – Christmas market in the city center
