National Day celebration at Fredriksdal:
Helsingborgs stad invites you to the official National Day celebration at Fredriksdal museums and gardens. We load with solemn ceremonies and a festive program aimed at both young and old. There is free admission all day.
The museum area will be buzzing with activity on National Day. There will be ceremonial speeches by the Governor of Skåne, Peter Danielsson, and the chairman of the municipal council, Mats Sander, flag distribution, musical performances by pupils from the cultural school, and the national anthem. Meet associations from Helsingborg and take part in crafts and taster activities. The doors are open to all our historic buildings and you are free to explore the history and see how people lived more than 100 years ago.
During the day, you can buy something good to eat from the associations and vendors on site. You can also bring a picnic basket from home and sit down at the tables and benches in the landscape.
The celebration runs between 12.00-16.00. Fredriksdal museums and gardens are open 10.00-17.00. The event is continuously updated with new information on fredriksdal.se

National Day celebrations at Helsingborg Concert Hall:
On June 6 at 15:30, Helsingborg Concert Hall invites you to a festive and inclusive National Day concert with Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra. For the first time, we celebrate National Day with a concert in our own house, where tradition meets contemporary Helsingborgs stad – a city characterized by diversity, community and different stories. The program moves through well-known, beloved orchestral music and classical favorites, with elements of sing-along and choral singing. Among the participants are members of several of Helsingborg’s fine choirs, a children’s choir and also this year’s cultural grant recipient, opera singer Emilia Lindberg.
