Tanja Svärd runs the Bullangeriet café in Påarp. At the beginning of the fall, the café attracted attention after their fruit pastries went viral on social media. The pastries look like large fruits, i.e. trompe-l’œil pastries, and are baked from scratch. Bullangeriet is now opening a café in Helsingborg and on Monday they will open their doors at Kullagatan 8. In addition to pastries, they will also have lunch and other goodies.
