In mid-February, Oss Kitchen will open its doors at Södra Storgatan 15. On weekdays, the restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch. In the morning they offer pastries, buns, truffles and stuffed mini baguettes. For lunch, they serve everything from Swedish home cooking to flavors from around the world. On weekends, they will be open in the evening and dinner consists of a fixed four-course menu. The restaurant is run by Tina Dimitrova and Artan Fejzullahu who will be in the kitchen themselves. Tina is a versatile chef, having worked in everything from prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants to small, local patisseries. Artan brings a lot of experience from our Danish neighbors and together they have a wide range of skills when it comes to cooking.
