The mill continues to grow – the bakery moves to larger premises and expands with food and rights

Since Bruket opened its first unit on Bruksgatan in 2019, it has continued to grow. Today, there is Bruket Kaffebar, Bruket Bageri & Handel and Lilla Bruket at Tågaborg. Bruket Bageri & Handel opened its doors in 2024, a venture that was quickly appreciated. Two years later, the bakery has outgrown its current space of 90 sqm and is therefore moving into the neighboring premises, which are three times as large. It will be a large, open bakery where guests can follow the entire process where the bakers stand and work. Scheduled to open in late fall 2026, the concept will also be expanded, with more seating, food, and serving licenses. The venue has a large basement where the hope is to create an open music scene.
