The Christmas train
The little Christmas train chugs through the city from the North Pole to the South Pole. There is no cost to ride the Christmas train, just hop on. Take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful winter lights on the little tour through the city center.
How it works
The train runs between two stops: Nordpolen (Sundstorget, at Dunkers kulturhus) and Sydpolen (Mäster Palms plats).
There is no cost to travel, just hop on. At peak times, it’s one-way, meaning that the train empties at the final station and everyone has to get off the train. Those who want to go back to the stop they left from will have to queue again. Please respect this so that everyone has the opportunity to ride the Christmas train.
Please note that during the Christmas market, the Christmas train runs between Sundstorget and Gustav Adolfs torg and does not stop at Mäster Palms plats.
