Since 1977, when Jefast was founded, we have offered attractive homes and premises in Northwest Skåne. We are based in central Helsingborg, where we have attractive central homes and premises, but can also offer homes and premises in central Höganäs. We also run Helsingborg’s newest city mall SöDER.
The reason why we have chosen to concentrate our operations in Northwest Skåne is that so few regions in the country have as much to offer. Here you are always close to the sea and to fantastic nature with good recreational opportunities. At the same time, all services and amenities are close by, and Denmark is just a short drive away. We who live and work here simply have it a little better!
