POP-UP WORKOUT IN SLOTTSHAGEN NEAR KÄRNAN!
A shipping container. An outdoor gym. A group of fitness-loving instructors. A week full of exercise in Slottshagen near Kärnan. During the week of September 19–24, you can work out with Friskis&Svettis!

You’ll find everything from Power, Cirkelfys, and Multifys to an open gym with trainers on site.
It’s completely free and open to everyone!
